Naruto for this one, He has superior hand to hand fighting skills e.g his mastery of gama taijutsu, being able fight off multiple well trained and more experienced foes like Sasuke, Nagato(Pein),kabuto, Orochimaru. He smarter then luffy, though he is portrayed very simple, during any fight he is always shown to be learning his opponents strategy, tactizing and never stops planning and has only gotten smarter as the series has progressed

Rules: Both chars are battle ready having a day to prepare but are going into the fight without knowing anything about their opponent the day being given so that they make them selves war ready. Chars only hav weapons they noramly carry on them and are at their healthiest. The fight takes place in a misture of the dc n naruto universe so the laws of both realities apply, more specifically in a misture of gothom and konoha. Both chars are fighting under the impression their universe including them will be destroyed
