Yeah no, Batman is smart but he is NOWHERE near the level of an engineer as tonystark. The best suit that Bruce has ever made is vastly inferior to one of tonys beginning suits.

With no equipment I say team 1 for 6/10. So long as they used there prep wisely.

JLA:

With Superman sundipping and training others (having fought Darksied more then any other).

Batman making tactics, researching and building.

Wonder Woman training (having fought Darsied and she is a warrior) and making tactics.

Aquaman well... um... aaaahhh... well... yeah.

Wally West could research (at an extremely high speed.

Hal Jordan could study there designs and learn them so he can create more powerful constructs.

Martian Manhunter could make an unbreakable telepathic link between all of team 1 and also he could research (is a very good detective).

Zatanna could give everyone protective spells and also research more powerful spells for her to use.

Hawkman could learn how to use some more powerful weapons (still be swords and shit just because he likes that style best) (the ones other people build) and make tactics an strategies.

Avengers:

Captain America could train others and make tactics and strategies.

Iron man could build build weapons and equipment for the others to use. Also he could work with GL to make more Iron man suits (but tougher because they are made of Green light).

The Hulk as Banner could build and research as well.

Thor could go get the Destroyer Armour and help make tactics.

Black widow could help train the others.

Hawkeye could help make tactics and train the others.

Nick Fury could make tactics and build weapons.

Black Panther does the same as Batman.

Antman helps build weapons and stuff and also creates some size altering stuff for use by other people.

Wasp could make some great colour co-ordinated uniforms. Yay!

With some great prep they could win this. Time less well spent would mean death.

i dont think its HOTU Thanos. HOTU Thanos is far too powerful and can even defeat LT and other most powerful cosmic beings. i think OP means normal Thanos and Darkseid who are not on steroids

You could add them if you want, I don't know that much about IG/MB. How would that alter the match results.

With a week of prep Team one should take this. I mean Iron man has an infinity Gem, Space gem if i recall (BFR anyone). Also between those people they should be able to come up with a strategy. I say team one 6/10 times.

i'll say team 2. thanos is far too strong an opponent. he almost killed silver surfer with just a hand full of punches. so the key to team 1 winning is if batman has the resourse and knowledge for prep, which he doesnt. he knows about darkseid, but definitely not thanos

Thanos and Darkseid...........either could potentially solo if in their prime.
