I'm pretty sure that Spidey can be taken by far superior martial artists. Not just Cap, but it's also been proven when he lost to that ninja sometime in the past (I can't really recall that well). Then we have the fact that Panther has shown to be almost as agile as him (I saw a scan where they were fighting for some reason and Peter dodged Panther's attack, telling him that Spider agility was faster than Panther agility, and then Panther hit him, and Spidey commented that maybe it was in a "Rock, Paper, Scissors" way). Spidey wouldn't web up all of them - that isn't how he fights. Especially bloodlusted, when he wants to hurt people. Then we have the means of getting out of the webbing in the first place - Cap's shield, Panther's claws, DSs sword, Batman's freeze weapons, cutting weapons, etc. I don't think that Spidey can take all of them at once. Especially since two of them KNOW how Spider-Man fights AND are extremely tactical people. Peter is intellectually gifted. Panther is respected as an intellectual equal to Doom and Richards. Spidey has strength, speed, and spider-sense, but how can he REALLY move when being fought by four of comic's best warriors? I think you guys are giving him too much credit (and Spidey is my favorite fictional character, tied with Black Panther, actually).
