In the mean time, check out Johns' Superman. Don't need much N52 Superman history to love it.

You guys keep saying that Snyder said this Superman isn't TDKReturns' Superman, but Snyder also said that Zod wasn't the villain in MoS and many more LIES...so,yeah...

He also already stated that it was a dream of his to do TDKRetutns.

Anyway, if this Superman isn't TDKReturns' Superman, what Superman story are they going to use? Don't even say MoS' Superman because that Superman didn't show me the heart of a character worthy of the name Superman and TDKReturns is the only book confirmed.

I didn't disagree with Superman's actions in MoS, but he never gave me a reason to cheer for him. He only seemed concerned with Lois Lane and his mom. Didn't really seem much interested in the world around him.

Also, don't mention AoU and Iron Man to me. I don't give a single f*ck about Marvel outside of Cap. Iron Man could rape Thor and Hulk for all I care, they're not my favorite heroes.

I'll watch this once, I know I'll hate it, but Wonder Woman and Cavill as Supes will be nice to see.

So, it should do alright. I'm excited for TMNT...hard to believe I want to watch a Michael Bay movie.

Number 1 & 3 in my favorites, I like Supes more, but Cap is a better character and more fun to read.

Superman can be written as a one dimensional character 90% of the times due to people wanting him to be Jesus.

@entropy_aegis: retcon = deleting things that don't work. Like Jon Lane Kent, probably Helspont (since he never stuck with Superman) and probably Jonathan Carroll and Lois Lane.

Reboot is a restart of the entire universe.

Lobdell, Jurgen and Perez added nothing to Superman worth keeping besides Helspont and H'El.
