Powers:

Volatile Constructs: Ben can generate explosions of varying sizes and intensity. His explosions can be extremely powerful, and he can teleport them at will for long-distance combat.
Pyrokinesis: Can generate and control flame.
Regeneration: Ben can regenerate anything he blows up. In a way, this gives him an amazingly powerful, if decidedly painful and macabre, healing factor.
"Exhaust": Every time Ben fires off an explosion, a jet of flame shoots out from his body in all directions. As a result of repeated use, there is always a residual trail of flame coming from his torso from the neck down.
Solar Empowerment/Manipulation: As a result of receiving his brother's mutant abilities, Ben can manipulate solar energy. He also gets enhanced abilities via solar energy. This extends to enhancing his physical attributes to superhuman levels.
Light Empowerment/Manipulation: Also received from his brother. Allows for absorption, empowerment, and manipulation of all forms of light.
