I'm a legal assistant by day and many other things by nights and weekends. Girlfriend, family IT consultant, cat lover, active member in the local music scene, blogger (flashfact.org) and perogy connoisseur. I'm currently working on a couple of projects this year (helping my father get his new business off the ground, trying to write a novel, trying to find my creative side again using photography and paint). Was recently diagnosed with fibromyalgia and finding myself considerably bored as of late now that I am on short-term disability leave. I stumbled across Comic Vine and have now become obsessed with a couple of Whiskey Media websites. An annual subscription well worth the money.
Just read it. I am thoroughly loving this. Brian K Vaughn is one of my favourite writers and Fiona is really rocking the artwork. I can't wait for the next issue. Met Fiona today at Alpha Comics here in Calgary, had to have my #1 and #2 copies signed. Super cute lady, incredibly talented artist. Wish I could be in her shoes working with BKV!
