I'm assuming New 52 Supes here. So I think Hulk has a chance.

Superman has benchpressed the VIRTUAL WEIGHT of the earth. Which is impressive.

But Hulk has done similarly powerful things. He held togethor a planet from being destroyed by holding togethor it's very tectonic plates. That in itself is an impressive feat.

....Each INDIVIDUAL tectonic plate is about forty sextillion, seven hundred quintillion kilograms.

Hulk has also destroyed asteroids two times bigger than the Earth itself. ....I'm not sure how much those weigh, and I don't feel like finding the scientific calculation. But you get the idea.
