He was shown to do incredible things when he wanted to or when he was angry , like altering someone's size , shooting countless globules of sheer energy from his body , advancing forward even being attacked by psionics . Once he let hate consume him and that kept him alive . He can hurl back people with his forcefield or absorb inertia . And this was the regular Juggs . He just dont know how to use his power in full potential , but he can achieve more than just being the raw power if he really wants to do it or when he is angry . "
