Generous? How is it being generous when Storm's own reaction speed, which is fast enough to keep up with being at peak to superhuman level WITHOUT power and can generate her powers before her own conscious thoughts, cannot be compared? What's generous is the fact that Raven is even considered to be in the same league of reaction with a character of this stature when nothing has been provided to compare their speed. Read the scans in this thread of how fast and deadly her instant attacks can be, Raven doesn't stand a remote chance here.
Beast boy is down with a lightning bolt. He doesn't have the speed to react to lightning and he could not survive a serious degree of temperature drop to his body, no matter how small or big he can shapeshift into. Storm could also blind him in a blizzard or fog and shift the winds to hide her scent so that he could absolutely not be able to track her. And then flash freeze the ENTIRE area. She could fly logan to a safe distance and then pull this stunt.

I don't see how visions will help her against both trying to take the other out at the beginning of the fight. In any case of prep, both will try to take the other out at the start of the match and Storm will be faster.The only way i see Raven having an advantage is if she can phase before Storm attacks her. But that will not be the case because raven cannot react before Storm could take her out. Storm is simply in a whole other class. Neither BB nor Raven can bare the onslaught of attacks Storm could dish before they could react.
I would also like to reply to another false statement being made about me. I stated that Cyclops was at near peak human levels of reaction, as proven by him fighting beings at peak to superhuman reflexes. I never stated that he was absolute peak human.
So lets see what all I've provided here. She nailed a moving jet at top speed, a flying Vindicator/heather hudson(who can generate force fields), Cyclops(near peak human level reaction), and an army of doombots at the same time. Raven won't even have time to dodge before she's fried. Storm wins this "
