It would be an epic battle...

My Skyrim character kills dragons very quickly with an enchanted daedric battleaxe, and regular characters die in one hit. He knows all the Shouts, with most of them maxed out. Id say my Skyrim character will make an awful mess of my Fallout character if he can get close.

My Fallout character is maxed out, with top notch Power Armor and tons of heavy weapons. VATS and super long range sniping weapons will def. put him at an advantage in ranged combat.

Its a toss up between the two, it really depends on how much Dovahkiin can tank before he gets close enough to tear my Fallout guy asunder

Not to mention he has armored suits that have taken on Thor and Hulk, and the most current version of the armor is intergrated with Tony's own biology, making him essentially a posthuman

Team 2, Wade's healing factor puts DD and Elektra at a massive disadvantage. While Cap is probably a better h2h fighter than Deadpool on average, Deadpool has held his own against some pretty impressive opponents. He holds off or flat out beats Elektra while Cap takes care of DD

Spite Thread. Qui Gon and Obi Wan blitz the two and carve them into little bite sized pieces

and that's a very inconsistent showing for Spidey. Even in BiB, he's a 20-25 tonner MAX

Hulk smashes the pair

Guns arent going to do anything but piss Hulk off, and as seemingly "weak" as the movie version is, he's still throwing around 15+ ton equipment like its nothing... He's not 2003 Hulk strong, but he's still a LOT stronger than these two combined

I argue his movement speed is, the guy casually dodges bullets after the bullet leaves the barrell.

Parker's reflexes are likely superior though, if only by a short margin...

Wesker hasn't fought someone like Parker in BiB. He may deduce that Parker holds a massive strength advantage, but that wont help his strategy if he cant get in close without risking getting at least very messed up.

That being said, Wesker is the more skilled fighter, but skill can only compensate for so much.

If Spidey tags him, Wesker is going to be hurt very, very badly. Parker wont be pulling his punches like he usually does, especially if he thinks Wesker is Morlun. But that could also work against him, as it has been shown that Spidey has some fear of Morlun
