@Silver2467: I agree with it being unnecessary, but I also found it to be quite funny. It wasn't exploitive, rather it could be seen as Gail Simone showing how others, real people and the fictional ones, may see costumed heroines. Even though they may fight for good, their outfits seem like a fanboy's wet dream, which is what we saw in this issue through Penguin's hallucination. I think of them as distractions; while an enemy is distracted by the outfit and movement of the heroine, it leaves them open to attack.
Is it necessary for the outfits to show that much skin, be that tight, or even to be thought of in a perverted way at all? No, but it happens. That being said, I do question why Huntress isn't wearing the full suit she had on for One Year Later and Final Crisis: Revelations. I could understand a viable reason like increased maneuverability in the the uncovered areas, but I am curious as to the change.
@pixelized: I reread X-force #26 and I saw that Hope did attack the weird Bastion "angel sentinel" with a pipe. She didn't do that much damage and I can safely say she didn't freeze up, but I just couldn't see any other way she could have defended herself, nor do I believe she would have turned her back and ran.
I've seen a few people mention Roy and how he might take this, but what about Cheshire? Lian was her daughter as well and you can't say she doesn't love her.
Also, i think Green Arrow was justified in what he did, but this needs to have ramifications, like it did with Ultimate Hawkeye when he killed Black Widow.
I liked the first, but I didn't really care for the 2nd film. It just didn't hook me in. I hope they return to the style of the first movie (if they can get the money), where Danel Craig's Bond returns as the suave, mysterious agent he was in Casino Royale.
Spoiler is the most obvious choice and if Cassandra is featured in this comic, it would make sense for her to allow Spoiler to take her place. For Cassandra, she may either have quit being a superhero to pursue personal interests or, like Tim, she will resurface with a new identity.
Twilight = the death of the true vampire. Rest in peace Dracula and any chance of Blade getting his own series again. Though if it were about killing the Twilight cast it might be a big hit.
