Aquaman, by an inch! He's near-superman power, and if he's close to the sea, the whole environment is his. I don't think Iron Man could outrun 70% of the world, and Aquaman could flick off his Uni-beam missles
You guys, I'm confused about Ares :( Is the old man Ares from Azzy's run the New 52 version of the old, badass WW villain? Or is it a completely different character...?
I'm really trying to get into the whole Wonder Woman mythos, and I'm really confused about Artemis. I'm currently reading the "Wonder Woman Odyssey" trade back, fantastic by the way, and Artemis is trying to hunt down and kill Diana? I remember that Artemis briefly took over the role of Wonder Woman and I thought she was one of Diana's greatest allies. :/ This Artemis isn't the Greek deity who helped give Wonder Woman her powers is it?? Because that would be confusing as hell... Also, I know the blonde archer "Artemis" from the young justice series has the same name, but she has nothing to do with WW, right?
@wonderW: Absolutely not. Captain Marvel's powers come from the wizard SHAZAM! His mythos has nothing to do with Greek mythology.
But yeah, I'd say it's dead even in raw power. When it comes down to it though, Billy Batson is a ten year old boy and Diana is one of the greatest trained warriors on the planet, powers or no powers.
I hope they don't make her a realistic city character like ARROW. But as the title suggests, AMAZON would probably feature ww as an Amazon on Paradise Island. If it's going to work with the JL movie, odds are the series will be about Wonder Woman's pre-superhero mythological adventures. That'd be awesome
