On topic kage team wins.Speed and distractions will make the difference.
Morals off - Pein stomps.He will use Shinra Tensei or Chibaku Tensei.Jiraya doesn't have anything to blitz Pein and his ninjutsu will not work.
Morals on - Pein still wins.Jiraya will notice that his ninjutsu is useless so he will run and try to enter sage mode.Pein will use " Ukojizai no Jutsu " ( starts a rain that will detect any intruder) and find him.That toad genjutsu is jiraya's only chance but he will not be able tu use it.
That song is useless in an open area and if they fight in a place similar to hidden rain village,Pein will use chibaku tensei or shinra tensei to flush him out so jiraya will not have time to prepare that genjutsu.
Jiraya was overwhelmed by 3 paths and tendo pein is stronger than those 3 put together
@darkraiden: Nagato is not weak to genjutsu.He fell for that sound genjutsu because he was not expecting that from jiraya.Visual based genjutsu aka tsukuyomi will not work on nagato because his eyes are stronger.Sasuke got out of tsukuyomi with only normal sharingan so please don't overestimate tsukuyomi.Nagato repeling amarerasu after some time is nothing but plot device.It was needed so itachi can explain to naruto what happened.
Nagato wins due to powerset( he can counter every ability itachi has) ,feats (defeated 2 ninja villages alone )and abc logic ( itachi and kisame ran from jiraya ; Nagato used jiraya as a mop)
