I'm really liking the resurgence of Supes villains. Eradicator is back, Henshaw is back, Manchester is back,Mxy is back, Phantom King is going to stick around, Zod's getting his due, the Revenge Squad in general.
I'm still appalled at how New 52 desecrated Henshaw and Eradicator and never used Manchester Black or Mxy, here folks have H'el in 2 events and that Sentry clone Ullyseus.. Its like these people hated Superman and everything about him
So...did a cosmic cube also rewrite the hammer's history so that it was always working for Hydra too? One theory I read was that maybe the hammer could still sense the true Steve Rogers, who was worthy to wield it before, but that still seems like a problem. Cap's entire history was rewritten, meaning he was never the person whom was worthy to lift the hammer. The only way this makes sense is if Mjölnir's power is somehow greater than the Cosmic Cube's and I have some trouble believing that.
Cap's history was re-rewritten. So Cap actually has his original memories but believes that they are lies and his Hydra memories are real.
Superman is becoming quite the horror comic, who would have thought. That last page reminded me of Batman entering Arkham.
If you ever told I would enjoy horror elements on Supes, I woud laugh. But Tomasi (I am sure it is him, since he is a horror fan), treats it with care and doesn't overwhelm the book.
