I think that Two-Face was always a pretty snappy dresser.

Bruce Lee, hands down. Unless Tim Drake were all grown up and fully trained like Bruce Wayne is, I don't think he'd stand a chance at winning, but the fight would still be interesting.

I have to go with a Green Lantern Power Ring, but only if someone skilled is using it. Mjolnir is a weapon of a Norse God, but the rings are created from the same power at the start of the universe.
