I was just more or less wondering if anybody here has bought old issues from NewKadia and if that was a good experience or not? Also, for the fellow collectors reading this, where have you guys been going to get old issues and such, other than Ebay.
I thought the same thing. I read it earlier and thought it almost has to be Amazing, especially since you know who "scanned" him and said he was clear. Although, I will throw in that if it is not, then it doesn't look good for Amazing because that means that the Avengers have accepted Superior.
Other than that, I thought the first AOU was pretty decent. Obviously a set-up issue to let everyone know what is going on, a little bit at least. I love the no bullshit attitude Hawkeye has too. Very much looking forward to the second installment and Superior Spider-man #6AU.
Ok, so this does look pretty awesome. I was kind of on the fence on whether or not I was even going to attempt this Age of Ultron but after looking at this, I'm going to have to give it a chance. I'm not sure how thrilled I am about the alternate reality aspect everyone is talking about either. It seems like a big waste of time and it's not like we (the comic book industry) needs another alternate reality floating around.
@mccoym2: Oh yeah, the art has been great IMO. I'm also kind of tired of seeing "Peter's ghost," or whatever that is. I don't need to constantly see it in every panel. Kind of getting old quick you know?
I saw the Ock 2nd printing variant....didn't think too much of it. :) I think the cover I had the question about would have been an awesome variant though. Probably one of my favorite non-cover covers.
@mccoym2: I actually think the opposite haha. I liked #1, but 2 and 3 haven't done a whole lot for me. Well, I did think it was good the way #2 handled the MJ-SpOck thing. I think my biggest problem right now is that I'm actually wanting a 3 issue storyline or maybe even a 6 issue. I'm just not feeling the one issue minor stories right now. Also, am I the only one who hates Carlie?
