In my opinion, the show just made comics look bad. There are already enough nasty people out there who condemn comic book fans saying that what we like is "childish" and BnB kind've screwed us over even MORE.
Katana would be a better sidekick thenm Batgirl...So I guess my prayers were answered! As for liking Batman: The Bravfe and the Bold...A crime I can never forgive you for.
Dude, it was like Adam West's Batman all over again. Which, I strongly believe, is a VERY BAD THING. And whether or not it was cancelled, if Green friggin Lantern get's a TAS, then Batman needs one too.
I'll start of with this little comment..."Batman: The Brave and the Bold" is the worst thing to ever happen to Batman. Yes, even worse then "Batman & Robin" (And I absolutley HATED Batman and Robin) This is a show with AWFUL campy humor which Batman would NEVER EVER say, TERRIBLE animation, and at the RARE occurance that an ACTUAL batman character makes an appearence, they are NOTHING like the source material. Someone needs to put a stop to this bastardization of Bob Kane's most famous creation. And what better way to do that then with a new Batman: TAS? Out of all the Batman series, "The New Batman Adventures" would have to be my favorite. Great, accurate portrayels of the characters, fantastic animation, fantastic voice acting. The only thing I would have liked more would for it to be slightly darker, similar to "The Batman" of a few years ago. That show was amazing too. The only thing I didn't like was the animation. Sure it was nice, but it was a little too abstract, making the characters look NOTHING like they did in the comics. So, WB, if your listening to this, I want a NEW Batman TAS with the animation and voice acting of TNBA and the dark tone of "The Batman" Who's with me?
The difference being Harvey Dent actually has good inside him and was once Batman's friend, whereas Harley is Joker's demented girlfriend.
It is possible Harley still has good in her. I mean, everything she does is manipulated by the Joker. Take her "Mr J" out of the equation, and maybe she's not so bad after all?
Agree on everything except the "puddins". She's even cuter when she says that haha! And she should be played by either Emily Browning or Reese Witherspoon. Sadly though, I don't think she will ever get a movie, particularly one where she's more then the Joker's puppet. Tragic isn;t it? :-(
