Looking at their backstories and they're personalities, they're honestly one of my biggest DCU ships.

Jason and Harley. Don't know enough about Roy to say if they'd work or not.

They both have zero chemistry together and Harley would rather kill Jason than be with him, the same could be said about Jason because he would think that killing Harley would be a great way to getting back at the Joker. Dude no , seriously no
They haven't interacted with each other before in comics, so stop pretending like it's some fact that Harley and Jason would rather kill each other then be with each other. Also, Jason Todd wouldn't kill a victim of The Joker's abuse just to hurt him, knowing how much suffering he's caused her (Much like himself) he's not that much of an asshole. How can you say they have zero chemistry when they haven't interacted before?
