Fight takes place in New York, standard equipment and character morals/traits. One day prep time, limited understanding of each others powers and abilites.

Fight takes place in New York. Morals On.
Film versions of the pair, Princess Nuava is not present so Kroenen can't kill his foe through that. No back up, one on one fight in an empty subway station in New York.
Fight takes place in New York, purely hand to hand, so no weapons or charms could be used by Hellboy. Mandrill has all his abilities. They have basic knowledge of each other but no prep time.
Ok, kinda copying the Jurrasic Park Resurrection idea. But basically you have to build a team to face swarms of Uruk Hai, but your only aloud people with melee weapons, no magic or modern day weapons, explosives etc. allowed. No mutatns aliens etc. and you have a team of 10. pick a leader, and nine guys to follow. There are about 300 Uruk Hai so make sure they're the kinda people who could take down 30 Uruk Hai each.
Fight takes place in a forest in Middle Earth, where they fought the last battle of 'The Fellowship of the Ring' in the films. Standard equipment in terms of swords shields etc. No back up and nothing mystical. Just good old fashioned hurting each other.
Ok, just a quick list of my favorite people in the Marvel universe, feel free to debate/criticize and add your own top 10 below.
1. Spider-Man - Yeah sure, the guy gets a lot of criticism for being 'boy scout.' Really I just think he's the guy we relate to, sure he wants to do good, but who's to say you can't have fun on the side.
2. Deadpool - Well, this is my profile pic and one half of my username, guess you saw that coming. Quite simply, he's mad. It was a risk when they made his character the way it was, because people are skeptical of anything that breaks the 'fourth wall nowadays. But hey, haters gonna hate.
3. Thor - I've always loved Norse mythology, and Thor is just one of those valiant soldier characters you can't really resist.
4. Kitty Pryde - Really like her character. She's really quite lovable and us guys get the impression she'd be mega hot in real life. (The film version supports this ;)) Plus, she has a pet dragon.
5. Loki - You really gotta love a villain who uses preparation so inventively and effectively. He's my favorite villain in 616 because he's just such an evil mastermind with the power and technology to be a real threat to Thor and a strong team of Avengers.
6. Magneto - Just a brilliantly invented character. His plans to destroy all humanity to replace them with the 'superior' mutant kind is a blatant yet intriguing analogy to Nazis and Lebensborn.
7. Punisher - The bad ass anti hero who made his debut in Amazing Spider-Man. Frank Castle is a symbol of vengeance and grief-driven, merciless slaughter of the criminal underworld. Comparable to Batman perhaps, but with something much darker and intriguing within.
8. The Thing - He's not really a monster, he's a man in the body of a monster. There's always something quite heart-warming beneath that cold, rock exterior. Plus, he's an angry man with super strength; what's not to like?
9. Iceman - Have you seen his powers?
10. Gambit - Nice powers. Nice character. He's that scruffy rebel who can improvise and get himself out of tough situations, he's had that nitty gritty training that you can't get inside the Danger Room.
Fight takes place in New York in 616, Spider-Man knows Parasite; Parasite does not know of Spidey. Normal morals, character etc.
Ok, fleet of Daleks from Dr Who up against comic book Avengers but same line up as film again. Fight in the 616, Daleks have no idea what Avengers are capable of and Avengers don't know Daleks.
My personal favorite has to be Spiderman Theme by Ramones!
