i know that im super late for this lol but i recently had this chat with some associates of mine, i made this account to clarify that in fact static would lose or tie. not win. im not racist im just giving my points because i have read all of yours.

as you have said static can drain the suit yes. possibly even control him. all true, what your not noticing is that although terry will not never be bruce. is no reason why static would in fact lose. or tie. my reason are this. batman has fought a wide range of villains and psychos. static fights gang bangers.terry has been trained to fight without the suit, and not to rely on it. also the intellect of terry is higher then terry due to being trained by a mentor and static has not. what you have to realize is thought terry is never fighting alone. bruce is in the com link with him, assisting him. terry knows enough and was taught enough by bruce (if you read the comics), not only does terry have not 1 but 2 minds. bruce and his. yes terry can turn invisible, and static could smell him out. but why would batman make a rash move without thinking along with bruces opinion on what to do and how to handle the subject. lets just play this out.

static runs into batman, batman believes him to be villain and static does the same. static blast charge at batman, he dodges, and imminently turns invisible. ask for the bruces input on the subject. bruce knows him and tell him to lure him toward a water tower, static cant see batman but can feel him. so static lets out a huge static field to short circut the suit, batmans cloak goes down. throws down a flash bang grenade witch blinds static for a short amount of time, but enough time for batman to punch static in the jaw once. remember that batman beyond suit has inhanced strength, knocking static down but not out.

static gets up angry, but realizes his suit is electricity, knowing this he hovers high above, and sees batman heading up high. static shoots and absorbs the electricity in his suit leaving batman falling to his doom. batman lets our his grappling hook, remember it has no electiricity. the suit is still equiped with few but some gadgets. batman swings to the tower and falls down. trys to fire a baterrang but cant due to the drain edge, notices the water tower behind batman and takes caution. but so does batman. terry throws a small explosive at the water tower flooding over bother of them and knocking only static. why only static your thinking? because the matieral in the bat suit is made to resist fires, lasers, ELECTRICAL SHOCKS, water pressure, wind force, bullets and even low levels of radiation. im not making anything of this up. so since static is out cold due to the water tower, batman is still able to get up being able to resist the high voltage for conduction due to static. batman is left barely standing, batman rarely fights any1 head on, he always has a plan. bruce had a plan and terry always has one as well. 2 minds. static can absorb, fire off bolts, fly, create shields. thats all. there so many parts of the suit that in fact do not use electricity.

The suit possesses a two-way audio and visual link with the Batcave computer, allowing Terry to keep in contact with Bruce for superior tactical planning. The same applies to the Batmobile, which will automatically fly to the user's location when summoned. Directional microphones in the fingertips allow the user to hear and record audio through walls or at a distance. The suit's lenses can scan a number of frequencies in the electromagnetic spectrum allowing night vision among other things. The suit has several defensive capabilities. A device on the belt can electrically charge the suit to repel close attackers,same feature can be limited to just the hands, turning the defensive technology into an offensive one if need be, cloaking device, carries a large amount of dispensable batarangs. when inactive, are compact enough to be invisible to the naked eye. These Batarangs come with a range of auxiliary functions, such as producing electric shocks or explosions. grappling guns in the for arms, small disc that are fired from the wrist, launchable tracers, the belt contains flash bang grenades, smoke pellets, flexicuffs, and a buzz saw on the buckle. retractable claws on the fingers that are used to slice objects or grip on to surfaces. The right index finger possesses a retractable decoding device for electronic locks, and the fingers can analyze most substances they are dipped into. Other, less-used devices, such as frequency scanners.

NOW THINK OF THIS, STATIC HAS THAT, AND BATMAN BEYOND HAS ALLLLLLL OF THIS INCLUDING BRUCE. THE SUIT IS NOT ONLY ELECTRICITY BUT THERE ALSO MANY OTHER DEVICES THAT CAN BE USED WITH OUT ELECTRICITY. think real hard. if static went all out. and batman went all out to kill each other. batman would in fact win due to the gadgets and the help of bruce. im not troloing please just consider this. OR conclude to a tie. STATIC would lose, or get a tie.
