In all realism here: Ethan Hunt, better training in h2h as could be seen in MI2 especially.

However you should really specify equipment. There aren't that many specifics on their "standard gear".

LOVE Peter Nguyen's Xmen art. Looks like it could be awesome cover art. Asrar's art is great, really smooth and Hardman's Han Solo looks really good.
