Cloak & Dagger, bearing many names throughout the course of history (Hashashin, Society of Assassins, The Fraternity, The Agency) has started in the eleventh century as a world organization of assassins, using people skilled in the very essence of ending life as members, able to breach any security, it has a variety of clients posing as authority figures in the world, such as the Queen of England and even the presidents of US. (I preferred not to use DC/Marvel on this one)
