I 'll put in in simple words for you then; Punisher is on the list because he is a character in superhero comic books.

Punisher first appeared as a villain, per se, who was fooled into being against Spider-Man by the Jackal. He's an antihero, which is not the same as villain
That sounds awful familiar...

Nor does non-powered equal morally questionable.
Never claimed that.

Not to mention, this is "50 Greatest Moments in Comics" according to ComicVine...not "50 Greatest Superhero Moments"...who says it has to be superhero?
@Tom Pinchuk: While I'm glad a Punisher moment (especially from the Garth Ennis MAX run) got on the list I do have one problem with your statement of
The Comic Vine staff has put our noggins together to collect and codify the all-time greatest moments in superhero comics.
The Punisher is no superhero and that scene shows that its foolish to claim otherwise.
He's an anti-hero. It counts. Sort of.
Trying to claim he is a hero is by him being an antihero is one thing. Claiming he is a superhero is an injustice to both Frank Castle and superheroes.
The Punisher first appeared as a Spider-Man villain and while he didn't have super powers he has always been considered an antihero in a superhero universe. Excluding him would mean other unpowered characters like the Kingpin or Lex Luthor would have to be excluded as well.
@RazzaTazz: You mean the actual fight or the neck snap aftermath?
Kyle Rayner, the Green Lantern rookie for a time, was able to create a ring for Jade before. His ring had different properties since he was the only Lantern at the time. The fact that the ring had that power leads you to believe it is still there and not necessarily added when Ganthet gave Kyle the ring.
Kyle's ring was never capable of creating other rings. Hal's was. A time travelling Hal Jordan gave Kyle a duplicate of his ring. That ring could create new ones.
In other words, there could be a lot more the ring is capable of without the Green Lantern Corps having any knowledge of it.
With all the stuff that Sinestro (and Hal) have done can you blame the guardians for not telling the corps?
What does this mean? When Sinestro and Hal have to quietly make their way down to Korugar, Sinestro tells Hal to dim his light and turn the green to black. Being able to change their color is a crazy idea.
That means Sinestro knows what Kyle Rayner found out on the very first day as GL: How to alter your own costume.
Last.............thought Jackal died? Didn't the Queen blow him up with her sonic scream?
Easy way out or a way to show how 'smart' and prepared Jackal is/was? Seems more fitting that he wouldn't put himself in danger like that. The Queen wasn't the most stable person.
