From the choices listed above I'd go with super-speed, 'cause with it you could save on time gettin' somewhere and with some creative thinkin' it can be applied to various situations. But personaly I'd want the power over energy and I don't simply mean electrical powers. By havin' control over energy I'd be able to manipulate the flow of energy for example deflectin' a lightnin' bolt or on a varyin' scale the molecules of objects and such by reducin'/addin' to the energy an example of this would be freezin' water and the reverse.
