They should incorporate the time travel story from Kelly's DP, and have Wade fighting the Green Goblin in the Spider-Man movie. Do a Forrest Gump with it (use CGI to replace Spider-Man with Deadpool). :p

There should be no Bob. Bob is WAY too goofy and retarded to be in the movie. It's already bad enough in the comics, but to have a super silly, always goofy, always tripping over himself idiot would be too much to take in during a movie where Deadpool is supposed to be serious and badass.

i could actually do without the x-men cuz he rarely interacts with the whole team mostly just cable and wolverine
or if they decide to go weapon x they should definetely have Omega Red at least.
anyway they go i'm expecting good banter, fourth wall shattering(and not bugs bunny stuff), and voices in his head.

Maybe Baraka Deadpool is going to be one of the bad guys in the movie. I sure hope that Ryan Reynold's rightful portrayal of D'pool kicks that poser's butt! I'm sure people has multiple theories on how the fight can happen.... kinda hard to explain in typing though! :D ... for the cameo part,  how's about Sabretooth? Or Outlaw?

I don't trust this source. Also bob won't be int he movie because Hydra can't be. Maybe that's why they introduced Bill Agent of AIM.

I'm glad Blind Al is in it, however where is Weasel? If he's not in the movie as well, then I might be a little pissed off. 
 
As for Colossus, well someone on the Deadpool Bugle made a good point, In the Ultimate universe Colossus' family were involved in the Russian mob. So maybe they are going with that idea and Deadpool has been given the hit to kill a Russian gangster and Colossus steps in.
