Past:           Ruarc was born on March 17th 1903. Born into a family of scientists in Ireland, both parent worked on top secret IRA (Irish Republican Army) weaponry and chemical warfare projects. The IRA had the Fitzgeralds working on a new chemical weapon called "Project Blarney Stone" in which they would hurdle this green stone at a target area and the targets would die, slowly and painfully as there internal organs would melt away until nothing but a puddle of blood and what was left of skin remained. Due to miscalculations and an accidental exposure the Fiztgeralds were slowly dying along with there now 17 year old boy which too had been exposed due to his parent's stupidity. Ruarc's grandfather had died almost instantly when exposed to the "blarney" chemical.
          Throughout his entire teenage life his grandfather basically raised him because he parent were constantly working with the IRA, but always had enough time to scorn the grandfather for filling their son's mind with nonsense of magic and mystic artifacts. Ruarc's grandfather had always spoke of the "old days" when magic not science was used to solve problems, where mass casualties were never a possibility. But in the end Ryan and Mary would always have the final say on what their son would do, learn, and become, untill the exposure. Ryan was told by his father when Ruarc was 10 to hold a family heirloom for the boy until his 18th birthday, but as that wasn't going to come, the Fitzgeralds decided to give the boy his grandfathers ring before passing.
            Ruarc lie dying in his bed, alone, cold and in the dark. He could feel himself dying slowly as the smell of rancid eggs and burning flesh filled the air. Finally Ruarc put on his heirloom and a green flash of light filled his dark damp Irish cottage, his grandfathers voice was being spoken by this green warlock that appeared before him. Telling him that he is actually from a long line of Irish warlocks that protected Ireland and the tradition was believed to have stopped with Ruarc's father at the discovery of Science, and Ireland was doomed to be destroyed by violence and mortal war. Now that Ruarc had received his powers Ireland would now be saved from its "inevitable destruction" as the ring would heal him and grant him agelessness and the powers needed to save his homeland. "Screw this" I believe Ruarc put it before he left for America, "The Land of Opportunity"!
            It was in Boston Massacusettes where Ruarc would train his body and mind to become the perfect human. Their learned to fight on the streets and took is fair share of beatings before he tapped into the ring's power. He learned anything and everything he could from local libraries, Universities and with the perk of being 17 for the past 91 years he was able to learn and piggy back off the minds of geniuses. Learning acrobatics as to not gain any wanted attention from flying to get around the city had helped in many fights with various criminals. He fought only to become a better and faster fighter what he was training for he did not know but he was compelled to help the innocent and deliver his own justice. Doing so of course came with some attention from the city but not until recently with the taking down of a local kingpin which the citizens and papers gave him the name The Celtic!

Power: The Celtic gets his power from his family heirloom, The Shamrock Ring. The ring grants him agelessness, the ability to recall memory or thought, levitate, create objects, sort of a vision enhancer meaning night vision the ability to see through almost anything, it has a quite remarkable healing factor, heightens all his senses, and gives him an over all sense of balance. The ring gives off this mystic green aurora around his body which protects him from being identified though any lens or sort of camera, it also provides somewhat of a shield from extremely high and low temperatures and sheilds his weapons from damage. He can teleport himself and objects by the snap of his fingers to and from locations where ever he desires, but only people he knows and objects he owns. Navigation is the least of his worries if he just thinks of a place the ring "guides" him in a way to the place he needs to go.

Attire: His suit is green and was fashioned from of his grandfather's warlock robes, the ring provided him with the robes and after a few alterations to its design and fabric, he can now take close range shots to the body due to a sort of Kevlar mesh kinda deal. His suit can also change into regular civilian close when needed due to his ring.

Skills: Over the years Celtic has become quite the lock pick and detective.
He learned how to fight "growing up" in the streets of Boston, he's very intelligent but
   really dosen't choose to show it because he'd rather been seen

as a fighter, not a nerd. He has a silver tongue and hides his accent well,
also has learned many languages as many types of people have come and gone through
the Boston harbors. He's an acrobatic of sorts and moves so fluently as if
each jump, flip, kick or step has been preplanned.

Equipment: Celtic has quite the stock pile of "confiscated" arms, but

he only uses them when he loses his temper mostly he uses his
sheleighly made of teak, the strongest wood in the world. He uses
basic zip ties on the everydaycriminal but when needed he uses
adamantium cuffs to contain the strongest of foes.
