Overall most likely he is but there are other non-enhanced humans that surpass him in certain categories, so technically there is room for improvement.
@thejman251: You are basically adding to the story to be in favor of batman getting into a confrontation that he is not likely to come by, I was speaking about the JL and you are bringing every single possibility into play as if it's all likely to happen, I'm speaking about what is most likely to happen. There is a lot about Bruce that the JL does not know. I don't want to build up a story like you seem to be doing just to prove my point. Odds are that the JL won't get him "easily" or in 10 minutes as you keep saying, that can't be realistic... as if they will know in an instant that he is evil and gang up to him while he is defenseless without and plans. Bruce Wayne is more than capable of putting the pieces to the puzzle, the same way you tried to think of ways to make batman fail Bruce can too, except way more accurately. He knows his people more than they think, the man studies everyone. If batman was not like this he would of died ages ago.
