They just gotta bring back Kitty if enough people ask for it, right?

I like variant covers because they bring in added collectiblity to new comics. Older comics are collectable because of the limited ability of the publishers to print them, these days that isn't the case. By adding a lot of variant covers the publishers can make the books collectible and still make sure the stories are available to a big audience.
I think that I'm going to have to drop a few titles, unfortunately. Although I may be picking some new ones up as well. Mostly I'm going to cut the titles I deem "non-essential"
My core, most necessary books are...
Amazing Spider-Man
Thor
Incredible Hercules
New Avengers
Nova
Wolverine
On the bubble...
Wolverine Origins
Fantastic Four
Iron Fist
Thunderbolts
BPRD
Hellboy
Uncanny X-Men
Mighty Avengers
Drop worthy...
Deadpool
New Warriors
Hulk
Avengers Initiative
I'm actually thinking of skipping Dark Reign, it's not holding my interests. There are a lot more books that I buy in a month, but that's the stuff that came to my mind.
So are blog posts a way to skirt around getting your thread locked if someone already made the same thread? I've seen a number of blogs that aren't really anything but regular threads that are already made, and they aren't even contributing any new information. It seems to me that some people are being lazy and instead of searching for the proper place for their comment, they say, "hey, I'll just blog it." I know we can set the forums so we can ignore blogs, but some blogs I really want to see. Are some of these blogs getting locked and I'm just not seeing it? Or is there no way to do it? Or What?
I really don't think it matters that much if Professor X can walk or not. I guess out of the chair is better because he can go on more zany adventures than he could if he was confined to the chair.
Didn't this already air? What was I watching with Batman and Blue Beetle the other night? Different show? Maybe I'll watch it.
Gotta go with ASM. Mostly because I just got all of the back-issues from the Straczynski run that I was missing. Second Place goes to Thor (another Straczynski book,) and third is The Incredible Hercules. Honorable mention goes to The New Avengers. They'll probably be back on top when they start doing actual Avengers stories again and not SI filler.
Sure they were at each other's throats the last time they met, but working together they could really something great.
