There are infinity amounts of universes. That being said, old man cap is not their cap. He is a cap that breached their universe from his. Just like their cap breached and lived in another universe he is not native to.
By choosing to stay, his present became his future.
Doctor Strange is truly the most powerful. Specially once he meets his truer potential. Ancient one oneshot bruce pretty much, a feat Strange can probably easily replicate.
Captain Marvel might be the most powerful, but she becomes one-dimensional to a sorcerer Supreme.
If the ancient one was there, she could have just punched Thanos soul out of his body probably.
Given time, Strange will have the most law breaking powers.
@omega_kai: @karkus: Do you guys remember the line about Gogeta's fusion to Frieza? From my memory, he said he was a combination of Goku and Vegeta multiplied. I guess that would be similar to the patora... where it has a multiplier by a factor of "tens."
I'm also curious to when the movie was written and underwent development officially. It was well before Royal SSB appeared so that's another reason why that didn't make an appearance.
It can also be before perfected SSB appeared in the manga.
I want to say that it's safe to assume Goku and Vegeta fought at 100%, sure there's no KK or Royal SSB but maybe we have to factor in the writing and production of the movie to the manga and anime.
Is the movie a continuation of the manga or the anime? Because there's a difference.
In the manga, Goku and Vegeta have perfected SSB which is equivalent to the anime's KK and Royal blue forms. The manga is written by Akira Toriyama. The movie is also written by Akira Toriyama.
The anime is NOT written by Akira Toriyama, they work off of his outline for where he wants to take the manga.
So Goku and Vegeta not using their KK and Royal Blue could be because to Akira Toriyama, those forms do not exist. Perfected SSB does.
