@Skyfire: I recall all these feats you speak of. One thing I also remember though is that they had low showings at times as well. Probably because it's a kids TV show. I just can't remember what kind of low showings they had.

@progenitor: Yes, their swords. Did they ever really show anything above peak human at all? I know they've been blown up a bunch of times. And they are capable of jumping from the ground all the way up the their Zords heads. They must be pretty strong to accomplish such feats. They've hopped off of cliffs before too.

You are correct about normal humans not being able to use the armor. A normal soldier tried the armor and it accelerated too much that he couldn't stop it and it sent him to the hospital. Much like that scene in Iron Man 2 when Justin Hammer tried to replicate Stark's armor.

@progenitor: Have they ever showed feats where they were capable of cutting through metal with their weapons?

From the books I read, Spartans are 2 times stronger than peak humans and the suit amps them an additional 3. Or it might be 3 and 2 reverse in that order. This might have been retconned though.

Rounds

Round 1: Rangers from first season, standard equipment for rangers. Spartans only have 2 grenades, weapon of their specialty and side arm.

Round 1B: H2H Only. Spartans have no energy shields.

Round 2: Rangers from second season (Tommy is white ranger), standard equipment. Spartans only have 2 grenades, weapon of their specialty and side arm.

Round 2B: H2H Only.Spartans have no energy shields.

Rules: Please use common sense for fairness such as no Zords are going to be allowed etc... Tommy is only allowed to amp himself and play the green ranger song for 1 minute maximum.

Are people allowed to post in here? I wanted to enlighten you guys a bit about Bucky. There is NO PROOF that shows Steve is above Bucky in skill level as of right now besides him being physically superior. I won't even argue but present evidence that Bucky is on par and equal to Steve in skill level.

Fighting Experience:

1. Bucky has fought and defeated Crossbones in every encounter they have had. In many of these encounters, Crossbones even had an advantage with Sin at his side.

2. Bucky has defeated or fought off Batroc the Leaper, a person that has given Hawkeye and many of the Avengers and X-Men trouble before. Another one of Steve's rogues.

3. Bucky has defeated the Serpent squad PLUS Sin and was jumped by Crossbones from behind barely losing their confrontation. Again he was shot 3 or 4 times from behind cracking his rib cages and still fought evenly with Crossbones after taking out the serpent squad. Compare Steve's confrontation with the Serpent squad in his last issue and it shows that Bucky did a better job against them. Difference is that Bucky uses his gun and he uses it efficiently while Steve doesn't use one but Steve is 3 times faster, stronger and more durable than Bucky.

4. Bucky has gone up against 50's Cap, who is 2 times stronger, faster and more durable than Steve making him 6 times stronger, faster and more durable than Bucky. The guy throws his shield completely straight THROUGH a truck slicing it and blowing it up. Sure 50's Cap is only an experienced fighter but in the past he gave Cap and Falcon trouble. Bucky has defeated him twice all on his own, head 2 head with equipment he carries regularly.

5. Bucky went up against the Red Skull with Steve's body and was actually winning till he started to hold back because he did not want to hurt Steve's body.

6. Easily beat the snot out of Baron Zemo while Bucky was drugged. Zemo only won because he had prep and set multiple traps for Bucky.

All four of my points are a direct comparison of Steve's rogues which Bucky has gone toe to toe with and has performed on par or even better than Steve has due to his ability to use his firearms and mechanical arm and most importantly his fight experience and whit. He has defeated Black Widow without effort, bested Clint Barton in 2 spars, bested the Falcon easily, KOed a less experienced Wolverine without Adamantium bones.

Mechanical arm strength:

1. Capable of throwing a shield through super computers, slicing AKs in half and cutting off a giant robots leg.

2. Can punch through metal walls of all kinds

3. Has ability to release EMP and electrical shocks.

4. Allows Bucky to effortlessly catch Arrows while performing gymnastics.

5. Has blocked gunshot fire with his arm.

The arm gives him way above human strength and reflexes. He has been shown to deflect bullets and catch arrows as I said. Plus the arm can be detached and mentally controlled. Toppled with Bucky's peak human stats the arm becomes only more deadlier.

Look at the first scan Morph posted, bucky was capable of throwing the shield in mid air right in front of a bullet that was abotu to hit the senators face and on top of that Richochette back to himself. Enough said.

Conclusion:

Give Bucky a gun and shield in any fight and he is on par with Steve. His arm and gun will make up for not having a super soldier formula. His effectiveness in a fight may even be more valuable than Steve due to his willing to harm his foes even more than Steve ever would.

@SPM1M: What Superman can do is fly at light speed and deliver a blow like that like a bullet. But if you took his ability to fly away he wouldn't be nearly as fast and not even close to light speed as shown in my thread I posted. As for reaction time and reflexes is the same case. I believe his ability to fly is like an experienced pilot performing tricks like the Navy Blue Angels, maybe not that much of a difference as a jet is way faster than a human but something like that, it's just an analogy.
