Silver Surfer isn't an Avenger, as far as I know. He was a Defender (before anyone asks: yes, there is a difference). And even with them, I still see JLA winning due to the vast number of big guns.

This is what I was thinking. yeah Storm is more powerful than cyclops, but all cyke has to do is open that visor and its 1 shot 1 kill.

some of this brats first manifestations of power was to see all probable futures and exist in a non-corporeal state that could still effect reality and travel through time and dimensions. With a stray feeling he could trap them in a pocket universe, because he didn't even realize he did that to all of Earths heroes, nor even really understand what was going and they woke up as new people in a new universe.
