@jasontodd11: Damian at first was driven by his own selfish desires, but after working with Bruce so long, his motivation moved towards love for his father. He was Robin because he knew his dad needed a Robin to balance him, out like he needed Bruce to balance him out. He may have still had his "quirky" but if Blackest Night, happened once more especially during Batman INC 8, he could have been a Star-Saphire Corps Lantern. In fact it would have been really amusing since his group would consist of nothing but girls. Or he could qualify as a Red Lantern or even Hope, as in his hopes to be a better hero, and Bruce and Grayson's own hope of the man Damian could grow up to be.

@jasontodd99: You were never raised by assassins, how would you know? He was brainwashed, you can't overcome the need to kill at a young age. He was 10 years old, he always assumed killing was the best way to do deal with threats, he lacked maturity. In fact the fact, he managed to stop killing showed alot of self worth in Damian's character. I don't mind you hating him, but he's no longer a psycho. I just wanted you to know. He died fighting trying to save his parents from killing each other. That's a hero. Someone capable of love.

Batman is his book, and I LOOOOOVE it, Honestly his run has the potential to surpass Grant Morrison's. Thanks to his poetic death of the family, and night of the owls storylines. Not to mention the Black Mirror, which is a scary as balls read.

@rustyroy: And it's really depressing to lose, the newly invigorated Batman, who wasn't fighting out of guilt. He was doing it to protect his son. He wanted to make a better world for his little boy, and now that Damian's gone, and Dick's in Chicago. Bruce has nobody, it's times like this I wish Stephanie Brown and Cassandra Cain were still here. But Dan fucking Didio has to be such a little tool.
