@ips: I don't think I would argue that Sara isn't likeable or endearing but she is 1000x more tolerable than Laurel. The amount of development they would have to put Laurel through to get over the demons, finding the motivation, and then getting trained to take over as Black Canary if that is even the plan would be excruciating given Kate Cassidy's "As the World Turns" approach to Laurel.

Christ, Laurel is dragging the show down so badly. Did she really have to wag the bottle in everyone's face before she poured herself a glass? So corny. And the rant? "Just like our Sara to get shipwrecked at sea and fall in with a ninja cult without calling us to let us know she's alive." I almost thought she was going to yell "the fans like you better than me" before she threw the bottle at the door. Now leave before you continue reuniting our family.

@stuartwilson: She could appear in an Antman sequel (although I highly doubt they would include her) and an Avengers Academy series (which seriously will probably never happen). None of that means she can't appear in Agents of SHIELD.If Agents of SHIELD is about looking at the bigger picture of the world in a post-Avengers era than B- and C-listers, like Finesse, should be making appearances.

@stuartwilson: In all seriousness, why not?

But if you need a bigger reason. 1. She was one of a few superhumans rounded up by Osborne during his tenure as leader of HAMMER (his SHIELD restructuring). 2. If the tv show is about tracking and profiling new superheroes, her powerset is easy to depict on a TV budget and is a character that will in all likeliness not show up in any of the movies, and 3. she's connected to Taskmaster, who seems like a no-brainer big bad for a show like this.

@hawkin28: I meant specifically as Eel O'Brien.

The story itself seems to have already given away its ending, but I'm still excited to see where its going. Deadpool says something very telling in the book. He says Wolverine's greatest power is his popularity. That is why he keeps returning, not because of his healing factor. Its like Deadpool is seeing the Matrix code and can bend the universe to his will. Thats why he is able to get the drop on Spidey without tripping his sense or jumpkick Mjolnir back at Thor.

Hitman was gunned down by the FBI in his last issue. I doubt he will be brought back without Garth Ennis.
