I'd like to see Starfire get back together with Grayson finally, but if it had to be someone new I'd pick Cyborg, could be a fun pairing. Third choice would be a green lantern so Kory can have space adventures again. I'm pretty much not a fan of her current status as an Outlaw (or the new 52 in general to be honest lol)

Hi, I've noticed there aren't many images of the Branx warriors from DC's Vega System in their pic gallery. Does anyone here have any images of the Branx to share?

@sinestro2828: I'd love them to get together again but it doesn't seem likely.

Yeah, alas, DC doesn't seem to care about how many fans loved those two together or how good they were together before Nightwing screwed it all up. The New 52 has made things worse by retconning original titans, the Wolfman & Perez era titans, the ones who really made the title popular...Now most of the characters we commonly associate with the Titans were never titans at all, barely recognize some of the characters.

At this point, I'd love to see Starfire hook up with Cyborg (a pairing that doesn't seem likely but would be preferable to her current relationship with Roy Harper XD), though I still hold a torch for the Starfire/Nightwing pairing, as it is my favorite & those two did do well together before DC tore them apart.

@sinestro2828: That's kinda funny since he has been around before Penguin and Riddler though he didn't really become that popular until the 60's

Really? Wow, surprised he didn't show up in the old Adam West Batman show then, I didn't see the Scarecrow until Batman the Animated series, a show I LOVED as a kid.

@akbogert: I LOVE that outfit, it TOTALLY seems like something the oldschool Kory would wear. Its still sexy, but it seems functional too.

Well, personally, I'm not a big fan of the new 52 Starfire, she's too different from the original Starfire in terms of personality, motivations, and the importance she puts on love and friendship...And I HATE that my fave incarnation of the Titans never officially existed in the new continuity. I don't mind Kory wearing sexy or revealing outfits as long as she remains the same strong, spirited, caring, loving individual she's always been in the past (and I'm not gonna lie, I despised the full body space suit she wore for a bit, it just seemed too bland and not at all something she would wear, not superheroish enough). And yeah, as others have stated before, the reason why Starfire usually dresses light is because of her alien cultural norms and the nature of her very alien biology, so ya can't really cover her up completely without giving an explanation, while at the same time its possible to give Kory a sexy yet functional super hero outfit (personally I still think her pre-reboot costume & her cartoon self's outfit are still suitable designs). Starfire's certainly always been a very alluring character, but there was always more to her than that as well, she was sexy and interesting as a character, she was a princess, an explorer, a warrior, a hero and friend & a lover over the years, a shining example of how even someone who lives through terrible adversity (being betrayed by her sister & sold into slavery etc) can still grow up to be a positive, hopeful person who doesn't let the hate in the world consume her....BUT they've changed so much about her she's just not the same person anymore, her history and back story have been turned completely upside down. I mean, her arch enemy, her big sister Blackfire, isn't even a super villain anymore, WHAT A WASTE! >_<

And I also don't buy her hanging around a couple of sidekick rejects like Todd and Harper instead of her old Titan buddies or the Justice League, to me Kory just doesn't work as an anti-hero.

Hope I haven't repeated anything that's already been discussed already, the new 52 has kinda weakened my interest in DC comics these days.

I liked her old origin story better, the one where she was an intelligent up and coming psychologist who found herself seduced & brainwashed by the very patient she sought to study/cure. It was tragic and made you sympathize with her, even though it was also quite apparent that the damage had been done and she was quite dangerous herself, and it was also a testimony to Joker's villainous skills in that he was able to corrupt someone like her. The new Harley is nothing more than a female version of Joker, literally as she didn't completely turn over to the dark side until after Joker dumped her into the same acid he fell into...Only of course she somehow ends up with blue and red tye dyed hair and conveniently lacks a permagrin like Joker somehow >_<. Her old origin was way more original and thought provoking, and Joker's accomplishment that much more heinous in that he broke her psyche himself without "instant wacko bath" to do the job for him...Plus, you'd think that Harley would be WAY more useful to the Suicide Squad if she still had her normal healthy skin tone and blonde hair under her clown makeup and costume so she could blend into a crowd unnoticed.

And while I'm not opposed to fanservice, I have to admit the new Harley isn't quite as classy as the original, she was sexy but didn't fool around with guys like Deadshot...And her old costume seemed more like a proper villain outfit and less like street clothes (extremely risque street clothes but ya get what I mean). Its just...Well, she doesn't seem like the Harley I grew up watching on TV, who was cute, funny, tragic, and still psychotic & remorseless when it came to carrying out "her pudding's" will (and even though she was crazy about him, she was also prone to jealousy and rage if she thought he was cheating on her, so there were limits to how far clown face could push her lol). I know what you're trying to say in regards to her going independent, but honestly, Harley's tragic obsession with Joker was a major part of her character, what ultimately kept her in a life of crime, and they play off each other so well, both in terms of comedic effect as well as for those darker moments. Besides, if she's still part of Suicide Squad, she's far from being free and independent with Waller forcing her to do her duty work or else get blown to bits. I honestly thought Harley being part of the Squad would be good for her and fun to read even if she went back to Joker eventually, but the New 52 has pretty much disappointed me alot recently ):

I also thought it was cool how she and Ivy would team up every so often (they make a kickass team), especially when Harley and Joker had a falling out, but ya always knew sooner or later she'd return to him to help with some new scheme. She's like Joker's answer to Robin or Batgirl, it was cool to see Joker have a recurring right hand villain to aid him in his schemes, one with a quirky and insane personality of her own to boot. She actually stands out from other female Batman villains in that she was infatuated with Joker instead of doing her own thing like Ivy or Catwoman.

P.S. I actually liked her new hairstyle until I realize it wasn't dye and she wasn't wearing clown face/body paint, and her trademark mallet. A better look for her, at least on combat missions, might have been a variation of her old outfit coupled with an army vest & helmet, like she was "playing soldier" or something (she and Joker dressed that way in the DC online games I think). I can so picture "General Harley" going into a cartoonish speech about strategy and tactics like she thinks she's in charge right before a mission & the others try & fail to ignore her, or she just keeps pulling out random Joker themed weapons from her vest & the others keep wondering "where the hell does she get those things?" lol

I liked Godzilla Legends best and Godzilla, Gangsters and Goliaths was good too despite some clumsy kaiju cameos here and there, whereas Kingdom of Monsters started off AMAZING with loads of story telling potential and beautiful artwork...and then went downhill from there. Kingdom of Monsters wasn't all bad, but as I said, the artwork definitely suffered after the original artist left, and not all of the monsters were handled all that well, particularly MechaG and King Ghidorah. I could tell you more but it depends on how many spoilers you want.

@Sinestro2828: I feel your pain, just out of curiosity if they did continue the show what do you think should happen. Because I have an idea that if the show did continue I can see Lion-O being depressed about the whole ordeal with Pumyra and cheetara tries to comfort him but he gets angry and tells her that she doesn't want her comfort because she hurt him as well and will probably tell Tygra about the reason why cheetara was smitten with him in the first season. And not to defend Tygra he didn't know

Meh, I dunno man, I honestly don't know if I'd want to see the 2011 series continued, might be better to just do another reboot and handle the characters better the next time around, with Pumyra as the team's healer like in the original series rather than an angry undead gladiator.

If they did continue the series however, Lion-O would probably be done with romance unless they introduced a whole new character (it would be difficult though since he'd been betrayed/hurt twice & probably wouldn't be looking for another relationship so soon), and he probably wouldn't be bitter towards Cheetara so much anymore given the level of hurt Pumyra put her through.

They both hurt him pretty badly, Cheetara because she led Lion-O along & wasn't straightforward about her feelings for him until after she and Tygra finally kissed & Lion-O stumbled across them, and Pumyra because well...She was an undead spy for Mumm-Ra..."eyes roll"

I liked alot about the new series, but I HATED how they handled the romantic angles. I mean, up until the new series came along, many fans paired Lion-O and Cheetara together, and instead she ends up with a Tygra, who was re-imagined as an arrogant douchebag (cuz everyone likes seeing the asshole get the girl right? lol). Now, to be fair, I actually loved the idea of Pumyra becoming Lion-O's new love interest since the original Pumyra didn't get much attention & character development, at least compared to Cheetara and Wily Kit. However, the manner in which they ended Pumyra's relationship with Lion-O was just cheap shock value nonsense, totally pointless, especially given that the show was cancelled and any chance of following up on the aftermath of the season 2 finale was squashed. Basically the show's conclusion left a bad taste in my mouth, the 2011 series had alot of potential and great artwork, but was ultimately disappointing, not nearly as satisfying as the 80s original, cheesy as it was at times.

I guess I just don't get why Lion-O had to end up alone TWICE, and in increasingly over the top and mean spirited ways. And Pumyra...Poor Pumyra, she went from being an unsung Thundercat with loads of potential to being the undead traitor who may or may not have been the war bride of Mumm-ra...That scene totally tainted my childhood memories of the original Pumyra >_<
