You say buu moves faster than surfer. YOu are wrong. 
 
Buu can travel to a certain location FASTER than surfer. 
 
But in terms of moving, reaction time, punching e.t.c SURFER is faster  
 
It doesn't damn matter if buu teleports right behind surfer. He needs to move to kill.... and thats instantly slowing him down. Get your facts right retard. 
 
Not to mention when you're having 100000000000x FTL speed.... CONSIDER THE DAMN BATTLFIELD THAT BUU AND SILVER SURFER ARE FIGHTING IN. 
 
if they are fighting in the solar system.... the speed that surfer travels from one end to the other is basically INSTANT anyway. IM won't have an advantage.  
 
AND SURFER CAN TELEPORT HIMSELF ANYWAY. You seem to be dumber than an eggroll
