I don't care if they are dead, lost in limbo, or depowered. I want to see these characters back in the X-books. It's not really fair that the majority of them are minority characters but since they are I think Marvel has more of a duty to bring them back. Other characters like Jean Grey or Nightcrawler will no doubt get to return. So let's give some D-listers a second shot.
Considering the fact the she was one of Professor X's original recruits but instead of joining the first class she was sent to spy on the Hellfire Club. Sage has had a hard time integrating with the X-men. Currently she is lost in some dimensional axis in Exiles but I am sure someone can lead her back to Earth 616 and make use of her awesome powers.
This man needs major redemption. The Messiah Complex story demonized him and his mission to eliminate Hope left him stranded in some alternate future. I kind of hope that girl Hope does go evil, just so Bishop can be right. We'll see...?
For someone with a legacy like Sunfire, I would think he would be given a little more focus. As one of the first and few Asian male characters in Marvel's history he has sadly been forced to the margins and not made good use of. He also is in need of some major redemption.
A heroic cyborg who was recently blasted into a coma that should be easy enough to wake up from. A writer just has to make good use of her character. Like they did with Danger.
Apparently he died in Astonishing but who cares about that. He needs to come back and join the X-club. He's a techno genius and let's not forget he has shamanic powers to back him up. So if he is dead it's easy to write him back into land of the living.
One of the lost X-men who had control over time but was taken out too soon. I think she should get a second chance at life and it would be nice to have another Chinese character.
Another lost X-men, who could manipulate the earth but could not save her team from Krakoa. Like Sway I think she deserves another shot and I can see many ways for her to come back.
India has so few mutants for their giant population. I want him back on an X-team. And given a proper codename like Garuda or Flashfire.

As one of Apocalypse's Horsemen of Death, I think Caliban could have survived his resurrection at the hands of Selene's magic mixed with the transmode virus.
If Cypher could come back and survive Necrosha, so should Tarot, especially since she has magic of her own that could have saved her from a another demise.
I like to believe cats have nine lives. So she must have survived Nercrosha as well.
I also want to believe he survived Necrosha too. The X-men need more African descendant characters and he was already close to being technorganic to begin with so make it stick.
This big bruiser was a Hellion for a short time but it was enough for him to be killed off. But he should get another go at life with his teammates.

Marrow had her glory days but hasn't been missing in action. Even though she was depowered, she still had residual deformities do to her bone structures. She needs a great story to come back to.
I loved her in Exiles and especially when she visited 616 Earth. I wish someone would write her return to fill the void that Nightcrawler left.
He needs to finally become a true x-man. I think he just needs a power reboot, and to get a new start as a hero.
