I would actually just go around the world in Star-Lord's Ship with my team of guys and beat/kill/torture all who I feel deserve it, and to the extent at which they deserve it.

Give me the same resources/abilities as any of them, and I could be a better torturer. My imagination and potential level of sickness is far greater than all of these above characters PUT TOGETHER (You heard of water-boarding? How about menstral-blood-boarding!)

However, if given the same power/resources, I would use it for good, because I am a good guy.

Street Level are characters like Rorschach, Daredevil, Batman, Spider-Man, Captain America, etc. etc.

They are usually just peak or superhuman, but nothing like planet-busters. (usually rely on intelligence, gadgets, or fighting skill)

Is Star-Lord street level? He relies on intelligence, gadgets (if u consider his suit and ship to be "gadgets"), and his expert fighting/fencing skills and marksmanship.

If so, Star-Lord solos. Star-Lord's speed is way too much for Gnarl to handle (check Marvel's wiki/database thing), and Gnarl has no way of hitting Star-Lord, and if he did, would not even hurt Star-Lord because of Star-Lord's enhanced healing and personal energy shields.
