Hey! I also did a little sketch because it was character of the month, but I didn't know you were going to feature people's art, I'll be on the look for next month, I think it's a fantastic way to showcase some art other than from the big ones!
Oh Gregg I hardly think that's Donna. If anything I think it was a wink, with the star shirt and necklace, but it was never specified that was her, like... at all. Don't give hope to the fans, man :P
I definitely think this will motivate Barbara to take a pill and the Batgirl mantle again! I suppose it was an inevitable death but I also choked up a bit.
Although, yes, the art is gorgeous, I think that sometimes, with that much shading, I get confused about which character is who, like, is that young or old Kal? And since Batman is always drawn in silouette it's hard in some panels to differentiate between young and old Bruce.
I like Lee's art, but... I'm not sure this is the right book for it, honestly.
@brentac: Well, Firestorm and Element Woman actually found out how Superman was poisoned, so I guess the traitor didn't mind spilling a little bit of info. You know how cocky villains can be once their actions are out in the open! :P
Gotta say, I wasn't that shocked about who the real traitor was, but my god, when the Grid revealed itself and dettached from Victor, I was shitting my pants!!.
Really great issue IMO, with its ups and downs obviously, but a great way to finish Trinity War, although I still want to know what's going to happen with all the heroes!
