Nova, because he know defeat Stronian and Apoc doesn't have a chance to posses him.

On contrary to what most people are saying, since this is morals on, provided Apo uses his powers to best use he is going be the hardest to stop. Mind rape at its best 
 
Problem is he doesnt use his powers smart , may be the writers doesnt want to him to be so special.

What version of Nova that fought Xenith ? as she was wrecking him badly well every one in those few issues before nova pulled a Reed Richards on her (can't see gladiator falling for it either as hes way faster then nova could dream plus more ruthless) & gladiator has already beaten nova but Apocalypse should be the hardest to put down since his powers allow him to withstand most of their attacks .... my gut tells me Apocalypse my head says Gladiator .

Gladiator is the most recent series, Annihilators earthfall, was being mind controlled rather easily by Magus so i think telepathy works against him. I do remember reading Phalanx Covenent saga and seeing Nova come to earth and leave sadly. I dont remember him resisting their control, however. Did i miss a issue, could you explain what happened? Scans would be most helpful. But yeah if this is indeed the case i stand corrected here.

3.Nova has not only physical strength, but powerfull energy attacks and gravimetric shields. IMO he can imprison Apoc in one of them (which should be considered as a win) and then crush him in them.

For anyone who has complete control of himself, how effective can an energy attack me against him. Destroy his body and he can easily reform, hurt him and he can reform too. Gravietric shield is something i havent seen, however the question that begs himself is how often does he use this powers. Is it regular enough to give Nova majority of victory because of such abilities specially in a fight thats with standard morals and in character?

Imprisoning him in one of a gravimetic shield should work, i dont really know what it is, but crushing him would it work? Can he simply not reform (despite what happened in his fight against Magneto which i consider a massive PIS, although he did pull himself together at the end of the issue).

How could Nova's gravimetic shield hold apocalypse down when it couldn't even contain Xenith for a long time all apocalypse has to do is increase his strength & boom its broken as i'm sure Xenith & Apocalypse should be around the same strength level at peak levels with out aid from tech & such ..

I bet writers would make Nova on par with Thor even if Thor is holding back for story's sake, and Gladiator at full power I think is weaker than Hulk but way weaker than Worldbreaker Hulk. There is no way Apoc could take WWH it would be total rape. Think WWH > Sentry > Molecule Man >>>>>>>>>>>>> Apoc. I think Nova > Gladiator > Apoc, bc it is generally agreed that Thor = the strongest Hulk only when Thor holds back. Thor killed Serpent, who I'm guessing is stronger than all the Worthy combined. Considering this, Nova ought not even have to go Prime to win this, I just put this thread out there bc Glad has Superman fighting skills and abilities and Apoc is a tactical genius with some super strength on par with many Hulk incarnations.

I agree to pretty much everything stated in this comment however i would like to point out few stuffs:

• Nova Prime himself is pretty damn durable and strong, but i have to agree Thor has to be stronger. However when you use terms like "no where near" it gives an impression that the difference is massive, which is not true. Nova Prime (not not normal Nova) has some very impressive feats and he is close to Thor in pretty much every aspect (perhaps not versatility, Thor's hammer seem to be able to do bugger all).
• Gladiator and Nova Prime both can speedblitz Apocalypse, never doubted that. However, since nothing has been stated about morals, comicvine rules dictated that we assume its an encounter with morals on and in character. Gladiator and Nova Prime do not speedblitz in character and this pretty much takes out speedblitz out of the equation (i do admit Gladiator has speedblitz opponent in the past, notably 2 times to the best of my knoweledge, but not doing so is more consistent with his overall showings).

Between Nova Prime and Gladiators should wins this.
