I think the Kree have the best tech after the Celestials, and with no Celestial tech, Noh-Varr has a huge advantage.

Noh-Varr has no real defense against Apocalypse's telepathic powers.

And Apocalypse is more than durable enough to take whatever Noh-Varr deals out, for the few seconds it takes to mind-blast him.

Apocalypse wins.

Sure infinite prep time means Noh-Varr can have all his gear. Apoc used to have any ability he could think of bc he was a molecular manipulator.

I believe it was his first appearance as The Protector in The Mighty Avengers. Don't quote me on that, though. I'll see if I can dig up a scan.

@Ferro Vida: Sinister has a consistent power-set, just ridiculous equipment and preparation most of the time. Apoc often pulls power levels and whole power-sets completely out of nowhere.
