This issue just kicked my ass! 1

Man did I need motivation for doing a new review, cause God knows it's been weeks since I layed down or even cared to do one. And my reason is simple, I ain't got much motivation! Sure there's been some good comics out lately but man this issue of The Thunderbolts just crossed the line! It's got everything I prayed for in my last Thunderbolts review(read last Thunderbolts review lol). From seeing Man-Thing kick ass, to seeing Luke Cage kicking ass, to seeing John Walker kick ass, to seeing Crossb...

Superman what if doesnt occur like Sups would have wanted :P 0

This is a what if story about what would have happened if Jor-El(Superman's biological father) would have saved his family instead of just Kal-El. Well maybe the world would be a better place, with 3 Superhumans saving the world and such. But does the love and bonding of the family be affected by all of this? Well Spoilers point to yes. Jor-El distances himself from his family to to tend to his work and making the world a better place without informing it with his wife Lara. Lara wants their son...

Hellboy vs. Porcupine monster man. :D 0

Amen to Hellboy and his huge obviously righty arm(if you know what I mean...). It's been some time since I've read a Dark Horse comic yet alone Hellboy and when I heard this series was coming out I said "Hey, why not give it a try?" Thanks to that I dodge on getting Darkwing Duck (*sniff... :'-(*) but I guess the sacrifice wasn't all in vane. Even though it's not as good as Darkwing Duck, this story is a verry interesting one and verry quick to the action kind of comic, seeing though as there is ...

It surprised me.(in a good way) 0

I was never a big fan of The Flash, unless you're talking Justice League in which he's one of my favorite characters in that roster, and Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe in which he was the easiest character to use in the game. But a solo series of Flash? Eh, I dunno didn't catch my interest... Now after reading Flash:Rebirth, I gotta say I don't know what to expect out this character because that Hardcover was simply A-mazing! Then a few die hard Flash friends we're talking on how amazing issue #4 ...

Kudos to Ain't it Cool News. 0

Well most Thunderbolt readers know already that the new Thunderbolts roster is very fun, and it intrigues the hell out of most of all as well :). Yes friends and fellow comic book readers the new roster is insane after 3 issues they're still going strong unlike other teams that after their first issue it's all downhill from there... I'm glad that finally the Thunderbolts are getting the appraise and the attention they soo dearly deserve.   Now for the review: I got a comment this week saying tha...

Lobo's finally back T^T 1

Finally a Lobo Comic, God(or ahem...Satan) heard my prayers! The art is simply fantastic, WOW it's soooo weird is great, Sam Kieth has a verry weird way to draw but ironically it always catches my eye. The story is well verry simple to understand and monotome but with an assload of violence! Actually the story is violence! If you shook this comic blood would spill out if it. Satan has crossed the line when he tried to mess with Lobo and Lobo wants some payback from Mr. Evil and Danger himself by...

F*ck the critics! I say Green Arrow is a good comic 4

I'm tired of the negative reviews Green Arrow is recieving. Yeah we all know he's a copy of Robin Hood, but give it a rest already, for me this series is better than Green Arrow and Black Canary series. And I love Ollie's sense of Humor. Now for the review.   After the ending of the first issue we found Hal Jordan looking for Oliver Quinn and losing his power source because of a White Lantern engraved tree. Well first of all I like the art of the covers in both issues (#1 and #2). The artwork in...

Holy Sh*t! 0

Captain America meets James Bond in this spectacular comic. I myself love Steve Rogers' new job let Bucky do the Captain America for good don't bother him with that I think Bucky deserves it, he's done a fantastic job! Ok enough about my opinion my review of this comic: Well we see Steve Rogers trying to find out who made a replica of the serm that made him into a Super Soldier before it's put to bad use. Well he investigates all James Bond style with the Tux and he sees some woman who reminds h...

The return of the Batman....Beyond 0

I gotta say I love Batman Beyond and I really wish this series would be an ongoing series. I missed this soo much and not to say the cartoon as well. After that amazing annual id say Terry McGinnes is making a comeback. Well a tiny one at least. This issue wasnt all Hooplaa as many thought it would be but the series seems promising. Like most say we want to see Batman Beyond against Batman Beyond Villains not Old hasbeen Bruce Wayne Batman Villains! And especially not Hush! He (in my opinion) i...

Troll Hunting with The Juggernaut 0

Well in this issue we see where we left off on #144 Baron Zemo taking out Luke,Songbird and Mach V. Well instead of helping them Crossbones wanted to join Baron Zemo(asshole! xD) and The Juggernaut well he makes an escape. While Moonstone and Ghost are left fighting Zemo. But wait....what's this? Ghost found out that Luke, and Mach V's pulse we're ok, and Songbird's only raised when Moonstone was attacked. It was a Test....and they found out their powers we're more limited and controlled than th...

One of the best titles of the year 0

I may say the Thunderbolts are the most underrated comic on the shelves today! There I said it. Now that that's out of the way, I can say to those who are returning fans of the Thunderbolts that this might be the best resurection of the team. A+ for freshness I might say. The art spectacular Kev Walker has some indeed kinda dark but at the same time kinda street style of artwork. The story is well "spoiler alert" Luke Cage recruiting a new team of practically unorthodox members. First you got...
