This isn't a teenager. He didn't attack anyone while they were sleeping. Yes, there are cases where teenagers used knives or hammers to kill their parents in their sleep. They waited for their parents to sleep because they didn't want to risk them putting up a fight. When you can kill someone from across the street before they even know what's happening you don't have to worry about a fight. Which is closer to what happened here. This boy grabbed an unsecured shotgun and used it to kill the girl next door.

I'm not denying that obviously the boy in question has some serious mental issues....but that makes it even more important to keep firearms away from him. Do you think people that are mentally unstable should have unrestricted access to guns?

It is a gun thing though. He used a shotgun because his father didn't properly lock it up. It's literally all about a complete lack of Gun Control.

Maybe he would have used a knife...maybe not. It's rather hard to stab someone next door without stepping off your porch though.

The only way to stop 11 year olds from shooting 8 year olds is obviously to arm the 8 year olds.

Since the city states already have their armies assembled they'll take a lot of ground early...but they won't be able to hold it and eventually they'll be pushed back into the sea.

That's Mac Gargan (The Scorpion) as Venom. Mark Millar and Terry Dodson were the creative team behind making Gargan into Venom. He really didn't go completely monstrous until he became a Thunderbolt though...so the credit for that probably should go to Warren Ellis and Mike Deodato.

He didn't redesign anything. Literally, the only thing he did was add the mouth. That's it. In every other way it's the exact same costume that Peter wore.
