Hmm,really interesting debate here,well 1st of all is the force JUST telekinetics?How does one measure telekinetics to the force(As i've never really readup too much on the force so not really sure,as Palaptine uses force lighting and so on),another thing to take into consideration is Vader's Lightsaber skills in combination with the force,All it takes is one hit with that thing on Hellion and game over,BUT then on the other hand we have Hellion who looks to be an extreme telekinetic,maybe not on par with Jean Grey magnitude,but possibly pretty close?
 
I'm thinking it would go down with Hellion eventually ripping off Vader's mech limbs via telekintics right before Vader force throws his saber right through Hellion and having it come right back through Hellion again like a boomerang,Seeming like Hellion could just stop saber and redirect right back at Vader,but Vader has alot more experiance AND control over his own powers(Force),also Vader is'nt gonna JUST throw it until Hellion's offguard i.e being ripping Vader's mech limbs off,it does take some concentration to do that,and i'm sure Vader could "feel/sense" the telekinetics before they happen,so bullseye,boomerang lightsaber,game over for Hellion as he falls to the ground with two really big holes in his torso and all them organs incinerated/impaled,perhaps if Hellion  were more experienced and not being held back by the X-mens ethics,and alot more ruthless,then yes,he probaly would have enuff control over his extreme level of kinetics to do Vader in,so Vader has his cronies come and pick him up and his lightsaber and they fly back to wherever it is they came from,sorry,i'm a big x-men fanboy also,but Vader beats him in almost every area with exception of mental powers,and we cant even say that for sure as we really don't know how telekinetics and the force would stack up against each other.
 
I think the biggest factor here is the lightsaber,lets just say that Hellion is alot more powerful with his telekinetics than Vader is with the Force,ok,but Vader is probaly pretty close,so with all the tug o'warring with mental powers,Vader's gonna eventually "sense" when Hellion is using his trump card or his big burst,and thats when the lightsaber comes into play,which to human flesh is like 1-2shotting that person,not to mention Vader could possibly force crush Hellions hands,soo Hellion has to use telekinetics through his head,which is a rather nice target for a slash or thrust from a lightsaber,oh and lets not forget  that Vader lost both arms and legs and can still use the force through his robotic hands while Hellion now has to channel through his head since the loss of his hands,AND Vader won't hesitate to kill,Hellion will.
One more thing,Hellion has alot of untapped potential where Vader did have alot of untapped potential when he was younger as well,now all that he's all grown up,he has over them years unlocked his potential,theres a reason why Vader was the chosen one to put balance back to the force. 
Could potentially be a really great match up though,see alot of buildings and cars being thrown back and forth.

@Cypher's Gambit: Actually i think it just gives them some form of damage resistance,but thats not gonna be enuff for Widow,Stingerblasts hurt,not to mention the 1-2 times she hits Jill with the Sniper Rifle before closing in.

@MonsterObsessor: 1st of all,look at each character's past,Jill was/is your typical girl cop,has an extensive history with fighting Umbrella+killing Nemsis(which tbh isnt that big of a feat),knows her stuff with all kinds of small arms,perhaps few machine guns,NOW,look at how much stuff Widow has accomplished,BYHERSLF,might i add,Jill needs Chris or another partner for most of her games shes been in),Widow was rasied to kill,and has UNLIMITED stinger blasts,even if Jill has the mindcontrol thingy,it dont do much,and btw,I really dont think Chris has what it takes to take out Widow,BUT he surly did take out Jill.
 
WIDOW ALL THE WAY,SNIPE 1ST,CLOSE IN WITH SOME STINGER BLASTS WHILE REMAINING IN THE SHADOWS,THEN SHE VERY QUICKLY COMES FROM ABOVE WITH A JUMPKICK TO THE FACE,GAMEOVER! Widow all the way
