Cassandra Cain:

The daughter of David Cain and Shiva, she was Cain's attemp at raising a perfect killer. To accomplish this he onl taught her how to fight and for most of her early life she was mute. At age five she watched him go on missions. At around 7/8 she killed for the first time. After that she survived on her own without speech untill she met Barabra Gordon. From there she became batgirl and later on Black Bat.

Strengths:

Her fighting skill is incredible. She has taken on the likes of Shiva, Deathstroke, and Ravager. She has developed her own unique style that favors her speed, agility, pressure/nerve tatics, ans her ability to read ans percieve her oppnents attacks before they do it.

For her speed she is a well known bullet dodger. Her fighting speed is also impressive haven taking down 6 thugs in a matter of seconds.

She carries standard bat equipment including batarangs, rope, smoke bombs etc. Her black bat suit also has claws she can use. However she favors her hand to hand over tech.

Cass Cain Can Knock Out Your Crazy Clown In This Cool Conondrum

I was looking at Harley Quinn and she is impressive. Especially in the hands of the creator of her respect thread here on the vine. However I am convinced that Cassandra Cain can beat dear old Harley.

First off will admit Harley seems to have some impressive gear and would even say in the fight she might have the edge. However once Cassandra Cain gets in close to Harley Quinn, and she will close in on her it will be Cass who stands victorious. Because of Cass's speed and dodging skills a long range game is something that simply won't happen. Once she gets in close of course she will have to deal with Harley's tricks like her hammer and gum. Using her pressure tactics she could disarm Harley of her hammer and once she no longer has it, Harley won't be getting it back. And although Harley is agile and skilled in her own right I am positive Cass has the edge in fighting skill and once it comes to hands it is all her game.

That's just one scenario. Cass has numerous ways of getting to that point, but she will disarm Harley and in turn beat her.

I shall await you're opening argument.

@parryboy: mccloud has almost no feats w/o arwings( there is starfox adventures i guess. Or if you include the subspace emissary feats but powerlevels are all wonky there). Also tails isnt really in smash bros
