Starting the list we have Roderick Kingsley,the Hobgoblin. One of Spiderman's most deadly foes. For ten years no one knew his identity and he always kept one step ahead. How does Marvel reward him? He got an extended leave from Marvel writing only so he could be brought back years later to be killed by third rate Goblin Phil Urich and then for him to usurp the mantle.
Retracted: He's back and better than ever.

Lets not forget long time Enforcer member Jackson Brice.A very memorable character to me with a unique fighting style.He survived years of being beaten by heroes,powered or otherwise and still kept going, with just a lasso I might add.He finally got his big brake as the right hand man of Wilson Fisk. His reward you ask? He fell down the elevator shaft of a collapsing building while new Hobgoblin saved their boss, claiming he couldn't save two people.

A simple man by no means, Alyosha was the illegitimate mutant son of Spider-man villain Kraven the hunter.He traveled all the way from Africa and defeated the wall-crawler in their first encounter just to see what his father felt fighting him.He then went on to become a film director and part time hero with the Vulture as his partner.As a villain he took on the Fantastic four, black Panther and Punisher and came out alive.His reward? Teaming up with his ressurected father and the rest of his family he was defeated by Spider-man and his allies and finally leaving his family, he was killed by his 14 year old sister and went out cowering and begging for his life.

As the title says , twelve brothers, born on the same year under the twelve zodiac signs of China. Each a deadly foe for some of the best martial artists in the DC universe. Their reward? All twelve killed by their one sister.
