About Me: The Basics
It's been quite some time since I was last active here on Comic Vine (originally created this profile back in 2011 around the time I made my Screened account back when Whiskey Media was still around), but I'm back after a long hiatus to get back into this community. While I was active on most of the other sites that used to be under the Whiskey Media banner, my Comic Vine profile ended up getting neglected as I spent most of my days doing wiki work and performing moderator duties on Anime Vice (prior to the plug getting pulled on the site).
Now that Anime Vice is long gone, I have become slightly more active on Giant Bomb and occasionally will pop up at Jamie and Adam's Tested from time to time. Once I remembered this account, I decided to get back on Comic Vine and re-engage with the community, which has a few former Anime Vice members still active. I am in my mid-20's, and I currently work at a TV station (NBC/CBS/CW/Telemundo) as a video engineer, audio engineer, editor, and camera operator.
Favorite Things
I am a big sports fan who follows NASCAR, NFL, F1, Verizon Indy Car Series, Endurance Racing, and local Dirt Racing Series that come to town every now and then. I also love to read books (Sci-Fi/Fantasy books are my favorites), attempt to write novels (without much success), design/paint race cars in Photoshop, play games on my PS4/PS3/Wii U/iMac/PC, and race online against others around the world via iRacing. Shockingly, I am not much of a comic-book fan (I appreciate the genre and most of the movies that come out, but I don't actively read comic books and have not read one since I was eight) but I choose to remain neutral when it comes to the whole DC vs Marvel subject that some people bicker about in regards to which one is superior.
I am also a major anime fan (although I have slowed down in my anime viewing and manga reading the past three years), having watched thousands of episodes from various anime series and read thousands of chapters from dozens of manga series. My favorite anime is One Piece, my favorite manga is Sora no Otoshimono (Heaven's Lost Property), and occasionally I dabble in hentai manga from time to time.
