Squirrel Girl is not protected by writers on this board, so obviously she loses badly.

Nonsense, SG's whole raison d'etre is to twist fanboy panties; she is the embodiment of the ridiculous nature of the fictitious character vs. fictitious character arguments. She is, here more than anywhere, supremely omnipotent, as these discussions are where she gets her power from. SG wipes the floor with Doomsday without even getting off the couch.

Yes, I already knew why her character was lame, but thank you for telling me again. :]

She still loses.

Ah, see? Your panties=twisted. Flawless victory for SG.

I see you can't reply maturely and just make claims with nothing to back them up. Carry on. :]

LOL, yep, you got me.

It just occurred to me the other day that the way Sue Storm is being written lately, her powers are closely related to a Lantern's constructs. Sue Storm/Carol Ferris would make sense.

You would have thought that being the Princess of Mars would qualify Dejah for some clothes. Apparently not ;p

Apparently on Mars they don't subscribe to your prudish standards. Good thing you're on Earth, huh?

Well, she could mix it up a little bit...just for something different.

You can't mix anything up in comics, especially costumes; remember Wonder Woman Pants-gate?

wow catwoman is more powerful in this video than any right she has to be. when did she get the freakish levels of strength?

It's necessary for PvP video games, or no one would bother playing any character but Superman.

@InnerVenom123: No, not really. A character is only as important as what he means to a reader, not his relationship to another character. But I can see the error in your thinking--it's at the very heart of the creation of Damian in the first place, and why a large percentage of people don't care about him. "He's Batman's son, he MUST be important." That's why Damian was created, he was grandfathered importance, a legacy in the DC frat, instant DC royalty.

@InnerVenom123: Yes, Bruce Wayne will, but as far as fans--only the Damian fans care. It's not the HUGE EVENT that the writers/editors/front office of DC would like, because a lot of people never liked Damian in the first place.

It's so awesome when untalented writers shoehorn their created characters down the reader's throat.

yeah this is nothing like when Morrison shoved Damian down our throats

And therein lies the flaw with the Harper Row hate. Damian was indeed forced upon the fans, himself; you may have grown to like him, but he was forced, so you can't make the same argument about Row if you're a Damian fan. I think the writers miscalculated quite a bit with the death of Damian Wayne. He wasn't a universally liked character, therefore their attempt to make his death a huge deal is not making the impact they would have like. Sure, he has fans, but just as many absolutely hate his guts, and couldn't be happier that he's dead. He just isn't well liked enough to warrant a DC universe period of mourning; some care, but not enough to justify the wailing and water works the writers want to invoke.
