Wow, I am impressed, Comic Vine. Usually any mention of a cosplayer who has attained a degree of success or notoriety (especially the attractive female cosplayers) is chastised by a handful of bitter people who loosely toss around terms like "sexist" and "fake." I don't know what the deleted comments were, but there are no derogatory comments here at the moment.

Anyone who blames a woman dressing in revealing clothing for being harassed or worse is the absolute worst kind of person. Even if a woman is walking through a place stark naked she shouldn't be touched or stared at. People need to grow up.

If a woman, or man, is walking around naked, they're going to be stared at. Even in the more relaxed attitudes of many European countries, naked is still naked; it's going to draw attention.

@FadeToBlackBolt: Being a d!ck isn't the same thing as being right, chief. I've seen you on the boards, swinging your opinion around like you have some authority. You don't. But carry on; you're a bright shining example of rampant fanboyism, an excellent point of reference for the problem with comic fandom.

There is going to be a lot of polarization among Batfans in the next few months, because a lot of people never liked Damian. They don't care that he's dead; if anything, they're pleased. So the tributes and the weepy moments are going to fall on more than a few deaf ears. There may be a wake going on in Wayne Manor, but there's a street party going on in entire blocks outside.

This is an excellent example of a character NOT being defined by his appearance or powers. Hank can go through various mutations, but he's still Hank McCoy; and he is Hank McCoy before he is Beast. This should serve as a litmus test for all comic characters--they need to be bigger than their costume or the sum of their powers.

Awwww :) This is exactly why New 52 Harley Quinn is an absolute atrocity.

No it's not. While this is cute cosplay, there are plenty of other age appropriate characters to choose from. And Harley is a member of a team that goes by the name of "Suicide Squad" in a book rated T+ (16 and over).

I can't believe there are people out there still eating up the Deadpool schtick.

A lot of people were quick to jump on the Bash Train before this movie was ever released due to Johnston's spotty history, but he was actually ideal for this film because of one movie on his resume--The Rocketeer.  For some people, any superhero film without the name "Nolan" attached automatically sucks, and while Nolan makes movies with clockwork precision, they are largely joyless and fun-less.  This film needed a director with more Indiana Jones type bombastic swagger, and that's what it got in Johnston.

The good news is that if Wolverine is leading an X Men team maybe he won't be showing up in every other book in the Marvel Universe.

This is hideous.
