Great issue but my main problem was with the inking!! Not sure who, since there were four, but some of them totally butchered Mahnke's artwork while others further magnified its beauty. But jumping page to page and switching it up with such a big change in quality bummed me out

@solthesungod: Not exactly correct, "mutant" is definitely not a social construct in the MU, it is genetic/biological and not a choice, especially for mutants who cannot hide their powers.

I was pretty stoked on this series until about issue 7..8.. and on and it become "ok". I was a little underwhelmed with the ending but I'm really glad that this event didn't take 10 months and have 3-issue tie-ins for every book.

Def. not the best Bendis work but I tend to like most of the things he does. Really happy about Angela but it would have been a thousand times better if there was no mention of it until today. Glad to see more Pym permeating through the 616 in the near future and looking forward to Hickman's event. I don't know why people get so mad about events.. sure, they are hyped, but they are usually pretty good mini-series with all-star talent on them and with this one, there were extraneous tie-ins, so they didn't really interrupt the books.

Also, that Blue Marvel "hooded justice" redesign is rad.

Haven't read any of this run but can't imagine JRJR work looking bad (sometimes it looks a little rushed but..) especially with the brilliant dean white as a colorist. Second only to FCO to me!!

Anyone catch the Big Lebowski reference when Deadpool's talking about Young Avengers? Also, Stilt Woman's hairy legs when them stilts get blown off. Awesome and hillarious.

Had to laugh at that "Meincraft" poster in the Atom's bedroom. Another perfectly written Johns' story this week. Seriously, every single panel the dude writes contributes to the story, its incredible.

Book is OK but the art is absolutely killing it. Really wish that Atrocitus would wear that guardian's skin as a helmet or something. Anyone else imagine Skallox's voice like skeletor's? especially when he is quivering on his knees. keeping my fingers crossed for a guy gardner/bleez sex scene.
