So.. it's my friends birthday and im trying to get him to read more comics..
I've already gotten him to like Y:The Last Man..

My point being that i'm thinking about giving him some kind of graphic novel or something..

Any recommendations ?

Hmm.. i think he could pull off the part as Clark.. but im having a hard time seeing him as Superman.. I think they should have another actor and make Supes bigger.. i mean have you seen the muscles on that guy?

"  Joaquin Phoenix is a pretty good actor so I'd like to see his take on the role. I think that we fans are used to this sort of thing and won't have any trouble following the movie. The ones who might have trouble are the rest of the audience, who might be wondering who Bruce Banner is at the beginning of the movie or even until he changes into the Hulk (unless that happens really early on). "
dude, i really couldn't have said it better myself.. totally agree with you !

i would prefer if somebody like Nolan did the movie, he would give Superman movies what they need ! Don't get me wrong Superman and Superman II are wonderfull movies.  It's just that im getting really sick of Lex Luthor in every singel superman movie, the world of supes have so much more to offer !

I'd like to see a Superman movie that's just a little bit darker.
